The NAACP Mission: Our mission is to secure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights in order to eliminate race-based discrimination and ensure the health and well-being of all persons. The Freedom Fund is a fundraiser to support the mission of the NAACP. By attending you will be supporting the Minneapolis NAACP's work to ensure the well-being of Black people in the West Twin Cities Metro Area, through bringing economic resources, policy change, information, culture, pride, and joy to our community. We are honored and excited to have Tawanna Black, Founder, and CEO of the Center for Economic Inclusion, as our Keynote Speaker and Minneapolis NAACP member Lissa Jones as our EMCEE.
