Painter must know how to use a brush & roller at the same time. This is not an hourly job so please take as long as you need to complete your assignments, the pay will be the same! Painters assignment: - paint baseboards in 7 small closets & cut in on the wall at the top of those baseboards - cut in an entire office, small hallway, laundry room and bathroom. - Cut in panels on the first floor and master bed ceiling where there is trim - Cut in on ceiling if it needs between crown & ceiling Helpers Assignment: Tape floor in 7 closets, remove paper and clean each room after it's complete, remove hardware from 10 doors, caulk, replace outlet covers, help break down scaffolding, load up tools and materials, cleanup stairs and floor on first floor. please don't come to my job with street clothes on, you will be sent home. if your parents are sagging, you will be sent home if you can't speak without cursing, you will be sent home if you have a problem with working with minorities, don't even bother.. Hours: 9am - 5:30 Painters: $25/hr helper: $15/hr
