At Relay For Life events, no one faces cancer alone. We come together every year to support and celebrate survivors and caregivers in downtown Wellsboro as we walk laps continuously around the Green - with designated laps at times sporadically throughout the day; offer team sponsored events such as a 50/50 Big Tent Bingo all day, several games, activities, and raffles around the Green; provide entertainment including dance performances from 3 area dance studios on stage; and celebrate our Survivors and Caregivers in a designated tent filled with food, friends, and support. Please join us in honoring those who have battled cancer, those who are currently fighting, and those who have sadly succumbed to the disease by decorating a luminary bag and lighting up the Green with them at 8 PM during the Luminary ceremony where every name on each bag is read aloud. The closing lap is scheduled for 9 PM. Be there!
