District 77 Summer TLI Toastmasters Leadership Institutes (TLIs) and Club Officer Training are training events coordinated by the District twice a year to provide Club Officers with the knowledge and tools they need to keep their clubs healthy and successful. Trained club officers working together can result in more satisfied members, more exciting club meetings, and more new members. Having at least four officer roles trained at both TLIs earns your club one DCP point. In person training is back! In person training will allow time for networking amongst officers and give you the opportunity to train for each of your roles in one day. Additionally, our two educational sessions will focus on building healthy, effective, and strong teams to carry us through the year and beyond! Incentives: A set of Officer Pins for the first 7 clubs with at least 70% of Officer Roles registered and in attendance!
