Property manager seeks experienced stucco tradesman to apply classic 16/20 La Habra stucco finish on older Spanish hacienda style home in North Hollywood. Looking to match original existing La Habra style finish and color. Must be experienced and have or be able to access materials, tools. Need immediately. Property manager will pay all approved expenses. E-mail a brief background of your experience and 3-pictures of work matching the style as shown. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer for employment. If you do not e-mail pictures of your work, we will not contact you. Rate: $40 per hour with a guarantee of 8-hours per day. (We pay for all approved expenses).
