Hiring a concrete overlay crew to float and finish a small duplex floor approximately 1,200-1,300 sf.. The fooor is clean and prepped, material is on site. Patch over deeper gouges and pots. Float base coat, float final coat Stain Poly coat finish. You will need to accomplish beach pour at one time and continuously work a wet edge. Please reply with your experience and photos of your finish work. You will need four or five guys. Two finishing and two mixing and running buckets. $1,200 pay labor
