Looking to get these cement things away from my back stoop. There are three total, largest is pictured above. Landlord knows they're here and won't get rid of them. I need them gone to renovate the back stairs that are unsafe. I don't know who to contact or if it will cost money. I'm just trying to make it a little more safe and clean at the apartment complex that I currently call "home". My mother has almost fallen on them and I don't want anyone getting hurt.
