Hanging things, installing things, hauling off boxes and yard debris

Hello, I have a series of gigs available and am willing to pay up to $30 per hour, depending on your knowledge/experience level. I also am willing to negotiate everything on a pice per job, if you feel you are fast and efficient and would like to negotiate based on end result rather than your time. I need help with the following items: Installing and hanging two Samsung frame TVs. One on a wall and one above my fireplace. Sanding and painting my front doors. Installing new address numbers on my brick exterior Installing Ring camera devices (flood light version above garage/driveway) and front door. There is an existing hard wired floodlight so I am told the right floodlight camera will be easier to install in the same spot. Hauling - Debris needs hauled from yard and garage (some is bagged already) and boxes need broken down and hauled off from house Yard mowed. Have a few large limbs sitting in front yard I need hauled and also need front and back lawn mowed. I have an electric mover, trimmer and blower you can use instead of bringing your own. My ideal person for this job has a truck, tools for the job already, and plenty of experience. Is polite, trustworthy, clean (as in not on drugs) and reliable. Please include a note in your response as to why I should hire you for this gig. Thank you.
