Description
A fast growing medical equipment company located in Nassau county is seeking a highly motivated individual who is able to manage different aspects of our business including:
- Billing/Invoicing
- Communicating with clients
- Answering calls
- Oversee and perform administrative tasks for our warehouse and employees.
- Payroll
- Shipments
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Handling other miscellaneous tasks
- Assisting our CEO in the daily presented tasks.
Being reliable and punctual is a must. Must have own car.
2. Strong computer skills including working with Quickbooks and all other common Microsoft programs.
3. Excellent organizational skills
4. Ability to communicate with our clients in a highly professional manner
5. Prior full time business experience after graduation is a plus but not a must
Starting salary is $60,000+, depending on experience.
