Kitchen Garden Farm is hiring an experienced farm worker to join our farm’s Production Crew for the 2022 season. Must be willing to work full time 40+ hours/week for the full season July through Oct/Nov. Hours are generally 7am-5pm M-F and 8am-1pm every other Saturday, around 45-50 hours per week in peak season. Year-round work possible for multi-year commitment. Responsibilities include transplanting, cultivation, greenhouse seeding, hand weeding, irrigation, pest and fertility management, vehicle and equipment maintenance, bulk harvest, and other farm tasks. We are looking for highly energetic, motivated and passionate individuals who want to join our farm’s core team to produce high quality organic vegetables. Minimum one year previous farm experience, tractor operation preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail, safe handling of equipment, ability to work independently and on a team, and eagerness to learn are all essential. On the job training provided. Must be willing to commit to the full 2022 season.
