I have a grown 10 year old cockatoo that i am trying to rehome. He is currently having stress because the owner had to leave the state for school. He is plucking in the chest, i need someone who can keep and take care of him. No known health issues, he does not fly. Loves to play with toys, very active. Also he is kinda needy, he need someone that will pay him attention and love him. Im willing to give for free, but you MUST have experience and would have to see your house set up, assuming that you have big birds and know how to take care of them. Will not just sell it to anyone.
