I had planned to do a remodel of a kitchen but too many other things came up. At this point I just need to get the kitchen put back into a semblance of order.
* some vinyl installation around the sides/corners where it is cut up
* mudding / taping and a small amount of actual drywall installation
There are also some window blinds to be [re-]installed. I would be looking to have this work all done within the next few days.
Integrity and adherence to an approximately 8:30- 4:30/5 (depending if you go out for lunch) schedule will be important for the work arrangements. Also an ability to pay for inexpensive materials and tools up front and then be reimbursed. (I would pay ahead for items/materials >= $50 such as the blinds). This simplifies logistics.
