After authorities found an 18-wheeler that carried up to 100 individuals abandoned in San Antonio, including at least 46 individuals who were deceased, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott blamed President Joe Biden and his immigration policies. The people were suffering from heat stroke/exhaustion. Patients were hot to the touch, suffering from heat stroke, heat exhaustion. “We’re not supposed to open a truck and see a stack of bodies in there,” said Chief Hood.
