Live in nanny/au pair situation

Room with private bathroom in exchange for childcare. Both my husband and I work in schools. I return to teaching in September. I am looking for a nanny to be a live in nanny/au pair, beginning September 2022. My baby will be four months old by September. Hours will be somewhere around 6am-2/3pm (yet to be determined). Room and utilities would be covered and you would get a small stipend. Great for a single mom with a child, retired individual, or a student. This is a unique situation that would require me to do a background check and check references. I’ve au paired in the past both in the US and abroad, and I believe this is doable if I can find the right person. The room is nice and big, new windows, large closet, your own bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). Furnished or not. Shared living spaces include kitchen, dining room, living/tv room. House is in a quiet neighborhood, cul-de-sac, in SW Everett. Five to ten minute drive to all stores, gyms, etc. Fenced back yard, some storage room in garage, and parking on street/driveway.
