We are looking for a full-time, reliable Carpenter to join our crew with a focus on trim carpentry. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a close-knit construction crew with family-friendly values. We are a faith-based employer who also supports our community in times of need. Our Ideal Carpenter: • Experience: 2+ years of construction and/or carpentry experience is preferred. • Willing: Looking for someone eager to learn and serve the customer and the team. • Dependable: We leave the shop at 5:45 am. Arriving on time is essential, so we are on time to the job site. • Takes Initiative: To get the projects done on time and return to the shop by 5:00, we need teammates who will keep moving throughout the day and note what needs to be done without always being asked. • Team Player: Interacts well with teammates & customers, cares about the quality of work and demonstrates humility and a willingness to learn. • Quality Focused: We want to deliver our best for our customers and are looking for carpenters with good attention to detail who take pride in their work. • Active: This position requires climbing a ladder, kneeling, bending, standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. • Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License and reasonably clean driving record for the past three years.
