Need photo taker and runner for real estate investing business

Hi all, My name is Tim and I run Green Sparrow Properties, a real estate investment company located here in Kansas City, MO. I operate this business remotely and occasionally need some assistance from a "boots on the ground" person. The tasks are as follows: 1. Take photos of a property (instructions provided, no special equipment needed, decent cell phone photos are fine) 2. Bring a lockbox to a property to get access to the property 3. Perhaps print off papers to bring to a homeowner Requirements for the gig are as follows: 1. Proficient with phone and general phone technology (most people) 2. Able to be punctual and show up on time 3. Be presentable and courteous to homeowners 4. Good communication skills to keep me in the loop on whats going on The job is primarily driving to properties at a scheduled time, meeting a homeowner and taking photos then sending them to me. It is super flexible and I'll be happy to work around your schedule. I'm anticipating 2-3 hours/week currently. I'll pay $25/hr. This is a great gig for a retired person, or someone who just generally has an interest in real estate or real estate investing.
