Maintenance / Handyman for small businesses in Lenexa, Kansas. compensation: Paid on Exp. level We are currently looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Looking for a self-starting responsible and motivated person to fill current potion for a restaurant maintenance. This position to be fill ASAP. Including interior, exterior, painting, Sheetrock, lawn care, trash removal, rental clean outs and remodeling. AC Vent cleaning etc. MUST HAVE AN EYE FOR DETAIL (Some of these are very helpful) Completing work requests and make readies in an efficient and timely manner. Applicant must be friendly, customer service oriented as this job requires. Experience encouraged. Applicant must have reliable transportation and provide their own tools. Light update interior or remodeling and Painting. minor roofing, HVAC a plus, Plumbing, some minor electrical repair is a plus. Essential Duties: Light construction interior or remodeling and Painting. Performs all landscape maintenance duties such as weed-whacking, lawn mowing, snow removal, cleaning etc. Maintains equipment Operates machinery or tools appropriately in a safe manner Handles the day-to-day general maintenance duties or prefects. 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field. pay base on experience$$
