DUTIES VARY PER TECH BASED ON EXPERIENCE: -Perform oil changes. -Conduct vehicle inspections for possible services. -Perform lube and minor automotive repairs as directed. -Conduct scheduled maintenance services on customer vehicles as directed. -Rotate and inspect vehicle tires. -Provide timely reporting with management regarding vehicle inspections. -Maintain our customer's vehicles. -Perform routine and preventative maintenance. -Perform tests on specific parts and systems to ensure proper function. -Identify mechanical problems either visually or through diagnostics. -Examine critical parts and systems using a standard checklist. -Repair or replace failing parts and systems such as brake pads, belts, water pumps, transmissions, and other mechanical parts. -Plan and establish timetable to complete repairs and maintenance. -Test drive vehicle to confirm safe and proper operation. -Coaching and training of less experienced techs. -Perform other related duties as assigned. **BENEFITS** -Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Short Term Diability coverage insurance. -Company paid Life insurance. -401k contributuion/Company matching. -Employee discounts. -5 day work week, with Holidays and Sundays off. -Paid time off. -No drug tests, no background checks.
