We are an apartment complex undergoing many unit and general renovations. We need an experienced worker willing to step into a maintenance supervisor roll ready to work with and help to oversee our small crew. The job will include all work associated with apartment renovations: demolition, painting, cabinets, flooring, carpet, installing faucets, lights, vanities, appliances, etc. **Experience with tile preferred. We will also need help with our other property improvements, such as: improving entryways and hallways, organizing storage space/inventory, etc. If you are interested please send over an email to further discuss details.
