DLHASTINGS is a general contractor in Southwest Portland focused on all things exterior – from custom fences and decks to siding, garages, hardscapes, painting and more. It's fun, local work filled with variety, creativity and problem solving. We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic helper to work alongside an experienced builder. On any give day you might... • Carry building materials • Help with carpentry, masonry, landscaping, etc. (hands-on building) • Mask homes, prep for painting • Clean up jobsites • Help set up/take down ladders, scaffolding, etc. • Tons more Here are the must haves: - Good attitude - Good with tools of all kinds - Enjoy being outside (almost all of our work is outside, year round) - Not afraid to try new things - Able to lift heavy weight on a regular basis - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and have your own basic hand tools.
