Greenrise Technologies is seeking a motivated individual to join our Stormwater Management Construction Team. Experience in landscape and/or construction is a plus, but we will gladly take on the right person and train them. If you're looking to get into a trade and have no experience, still apply! We will train the right person. As part of the construction team, you will exclusively furnishing and installing Bioretention Systems on construction sites....What? What the heck is a Bioretention System? A bioretention system is an efficient, attractive and cost-effective way to control stormwater runoff in urbanized areas. A bioretention system is an excavated area that’s integrated into the landscape—anywhere from parking lots to green spaces to apartment complexes to factories. Stormwater is diverted to the bioretention area, where stone and soil media capture the runoff and filter out pollutants as the water percolates back into the ground. If you join our team, you'll be building these! This position is Monday-Friday. Due to client deadlines, there may be occasional Saturdays. We promise you will be given advance notice, as weekends are an important time to spend with family and recharge the battery. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour D.O.E. Benefits: Paid Health Insurance 401(k) w/ matching Paid time off Paid Holidays Vision insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability with advance notice Job Experience: Working on construction sites (Not Required) Use of Shovels & Rakes Landscaping (Not Required) Operating Skid Steer (Not Required, but a plus) Job Responsibilities: Wear proper PPE on jobsites No Smoking/Vaping on a job site Maintain a clean work vehicle at all times Grease the equipment on daily basis Assist Foreman as needed Shovel/Rake Bio-retention ponds as job progresses Clean equipment as needed Clean jobsite at the end of each day Meet at shop every morning and head out with crew Maintain and organize worksite tools Job Requirements: Valid US Drivers License, State ID or Government Issued ID Valid Social Security Card Pass Drug Test OSHA 10+ (Company will provide class if needed) Work Location: Shop is located in Hendersonville. Construction Sites are usually in Davidson, Williamson, Sumner & Wilson county.
