SOS! Beautiful Pit In Terrible Situation- She needs her angel

A friend of mine stumbled across this sweet girl in Phoenix while working. She was hiding under a car but came up to the guys and was super sweet. The owner tried to give her to them but we all have dogs that can’t be around other dogs so we can’t take her in. She does appear to have ticks but looks like an absolutely gorgeous dog. I’m just throwing a line out in hopes her Angel will see this and save her. Please don’t respond unless you plan to take good care of her.
