Established real estate and contracting company seeks skilled Carpenter for immediate hire. Must have truck and all the needed tools to do a variety of carpentry related tasks. Some tasks may include, framing, kitchens and baths, painting interior and exterior, any masonry skills, or ability to set up scaffolding or do high work a plus. Full time start immediately after interview. This position is for an independent contractor all pay will flow through a 1099. $200 per day and up depending on skills, tools and resources.
