APPLY NOW: SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is the repair and installation of production and building equipment. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Strong electrical background (knowledge of single and three phase electrical wiring, controls and motors) • Experience with mechanical pumps, drives and blowers • Perform all preventative maintenance procedures on production and building equipment • Perform maintenance tasks as assigned SOME SKILL IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS • Piping • Welding • Carpentry • Hydraulics • Pneumatics • Electronics • Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • High School diploma • Must be able to read and understand drawings and blueprints • Must be able to use standard electrical test equipment (V.O.A. meters and amp probes), use and read micrometers, gages and measuring devices. • Use of ladders and scaffolding, hot wiring when necessary and taking measurements and testing of open electrical equipment. • Excellent communication skills. Must speak, read, and write English. • Computer skills. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Occasional travel for education and to support Company requirements as needed. Typically less than 2%. COMPETENCIES • Must be detail oriented and organized to meet schedules. • Must act with ownership and accountability. • Ability to communicate and collaborate with all functions and levels within the site and company. Good team skills. • Physical Demands: This job may requires employees to work under adverse environmental conditions at times.
