HELP WANTED HOURLY PAY 8 HOURS WEEKENDS OFF !!! IF YOU CAN DO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OR A BUNCH, COME WORK FOR A FRIENDLY COMPANY. we are located in Delaware county five min from the airport so please note that 1 IF YOU DRIVE OR HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENCE THIS IS A PLUS 2 skills are needed but willing to help train if you have some knowledge 3 we are a small family run company, and we do a lot of things always different. we are property maintenance company this is a list of things we do lawn cutting -rehab buildings- painting house to empty apt units- replace sidewalk blocks to patios with concrete or pavers -dry wall hanging and finishing - concrete finishing - rehabbing kitchens to houses -demo and clean outs we do it all we are always busy busy. We have our own equipment and dump truck please have some tools. DONOT apply if you cannot read time, you cannot put your phone down for more than 30 min (this is a hands-on job you need both hands) we don't care if you are red, green, purple gay straight or from mars if you can work with common sense and energy then call us. we don't put up with DRUGS DRINKING OR NOT SHOWING UP WHEN SCHEDULED FOR WORK. we pay on time, and you can apply for benefits after 45 days give us a shot give yourself a chance.
