We are OLD SOUL GEN-X'ers --- youthful, energetic, both progressive and traditional Country, Rock, Pop, Variety + some originals; located in Tucson, looking for a lead guitar player with a dynamic stage presence, both in dress and playing style who learns fast, loves to have fun, and is PRO level with both their equipment and performance skills. We've been together for several years and have a pretty tight crew & all have primary "day" jobs but do music as a side hustle because we love it and it's a great supplemental income, however, there are times we get busy when the money is right!! With an average of 4 gigs per month, the places we perform range between local bars, resorts, corporate events, and private parties. We've got some out-of-town gigs in the works as well and are booked through 2023, so you can be confident this is a currently working band, not some kind of start-up living room band. Please read and only respond if this is you....we are in search of a lead guitar with great stage presence, high energy who learns fast and wants to have fun plus a certain level of performance pageantry in clothing and style is required. Our band is very active on stage and doesn't stay in one spot reading from a music stand. We are also wireless and looking to go to in-ear.  Obviously, you have your own transportation and PRO equipment. Harmonies & the ability to sing lead on a few songs would be welcome/highly desirable! We are not looking for someone who has a "hired gun" mentality, we want someone who is vested in our future and not overstretched in a bunch of projects. Our band has been around for a hot minute and we know what we're looking for, and more importantly what we're not looking for. The ONLY way we can determine whether to move forward from online to phone/in-person is if you respond and provide a performance video or demo links + website and make sure you include your social media links!
