South Austin-based company seeking motivated individuals to assist with growth in our startup phase, hybrid position with multiple responsibilities with room to advance in the company. Essential Duties & Expectations after undergoing training:  Responsible for manufacturing various types of cables.  Fulfillment - (packing and taping up orders, following customer invoice instructions)  Inspecting products for quality control and completing touch-ups when necessary.  Recording progress daily in project management software used company-wide.   Using the same software to manage large projects, communicate with team members, and plan and prioritize tasks.  25wpm+ typing speed capability preferred.  Willingness to follow instructions from a team supervisor as well as the ability to be a self-starter when not working under direct supervision.  Ability to show up every day on time during the 1-hour in-time window.  Ability to work well with others with good communication.  Must have reliable transportation to work. This full-time position works Monday-Friday (typically), 8 PM—5 PM, with 30 minutes to an hour for lunch, your choice. Overtime hours may be available when deadlines dictate. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check. While we do not currently require a pre-employment drug screening at this time, applicants are invited to allow the sharing of their information for trusted pre-employment screenings to ensure compliance with Licensing held by our company.
