About the Role: We are looking for a Warehouse Associates to join our team in our Austin Warehouse to assist with our receiving, inventory, kitting, etc. About the Team: You'll get to work with our team in the Austin warehouse which consists of our Warehouse Manager, Receiving Specialists, Install Specialists, Inventory Specialists, and Kitting Specialists.  What You'll Do: Attention to detail Strong communicator and team player Comfortable standing for extended periods of time Prior warehouse and/or assembly line experience a plus Being able to work at determined time Being comfortable with working in warehouse conditions (extreme heat, cold weather, dusty environment) Being able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly What You Need: Experience working in a warehouse environment: receiving, shipping, picking, assembly and/or quality assurance.  Experience managing a team a plus Preferred: Experience in FF&E Benefits & Perks: Landing aims to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth.
