Part Time - Weekends, with potential for weekdays ChoZen Retreat is seeking a Housekeeper on Saturdays & Sundays, up to 3 weekends per month. Some meals will be provided during your shifts. ChoZen Retreat ChoZen is a retreat center with overnight accommodations for 25 guests. Housekeeper Job Responsibilities: Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house. Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service. Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed. Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like extra towels, etc. Reports necessary maintenance items. Follows departmental policies and procedures. Follows all safety and sanitation policies Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. Performs additional duties as needed. Housekeeper Qualifications / Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to remain calm, kind, and level headed under pressure or time constraints Must be willing to lend a hand and help where needed during a retreat production.
