We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to become an integral part of our team! The Associate Project Manager position is an entry level project manager opportunity responsible for support in implementing projects in a Production environment. The responsibilities include partnering with internal departments and external parties to ensure adherence to project expectations. Job Description: Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Manage projects, budgets, timelines Assist with field operations Maintain client relationships Coordinate permitting, fabrication and installation schedules to keep project on schedule Resolve any issues that may occur with the projects Track project information in the database and provide timely and accurate status reports to clients Provide prompt and accurate billing & closeout for completed projects Communicate with vendors ​Qualifications: Previous experience in operations Strong project management skills Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong leadership qualities Signage experience a plus
