Casper is a small dog and he’s so loving! He loves fetching and cuddling! He loves to be near you and has clinged to me. I am sure he will cling to you. We recently adopted him and he and one of my large dogs does not get along. He has his rabies vaccine. We have not yet taken him to the vet as we recently adopted him. They frown upon free adoption because of the pets well being at stake, so we are asking a small adoption fee of $60.
