We have an immediate opening for a Groundskeeper at our 148-Unit Apartment Community in Haltom City, Texas. Must be experienced in multifamily maintenance or have previous experience in a related field. Position will include maintenance of the grounds, laundry room and property buildings. Qualified applicants should have: * 2+ Years Apartment Grounds Maintenance experience; * Verifiable work history; * Will assist the Maintenance technician and/or Property Manager with special maintenance projects.
