WE ARE HIRING! ***Benefits*** $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS-Yard and Greenhouse Laborer Job Summary: The Yard Laborer is responsible for working as a team member under the direct supervision of the Yard Foreman. The Laborer is responsible for executing yard duties in an efficient manner, promote job worksite safety, provide excellent service, and exhibit pride and quality workmanship. Essential Job Functions: • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry 50 pounds of material or equipment. • Ability to walk, stand, kneel and/or bend for a long period of time. • Ability to withstand exposure to outside weather conditions: humidity, rain, hot and cold temperatures. • Ability to see with or without corrective aids. Job Requirements: • Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, may include weekends and holidays. • Must be able to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. • Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented. • Must be professional in appearance and actions. • Maintain good attendance record as well as good punctuality. • Understands and adheres to company and safety policies, proper lifting techniques, and heat stress. • Must be able to work with landscape hand tools properly, efficiently, and safely, skid steer, blower, and other gas-powered equipment. • Must be able to recognize and report deficiencies in trees and equipment. • Must be willing to work 2nd shift or later. • Must pass a criminal background check. • If driving for the company, must have and maintain a valid state issued driver’s license as well as clear driving record. Must pass a criminal background check. • Bilingual preferred. (Spanish) Duties and Responsibilities: • Attend training and safety meetings and apply the subject matter to day-to-day task. • Follow all direct orders given by Fleet/PM Crew Manager. • Work as part of a team. • Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism. • Identify, correct or report work hazards on job sites to Fleet/PM Crew Manager. • Operate and perform inspection and preventative maintenance on gas powered equipment used for landscape. • Loading and unloading landscape equipment on work trucks and trailers. • Properly hand water seasonal color, sod, shrubs, trees, and ground covers. • Apply fertilizer to inventory plants in the nursery. • Keep yard neat, orderly, and organized. • Pull weeds from inventory plants in nursery and general areas. • Clean work trucks and separate debris according to the type of waste. • Fuel equipment, work trucks, and gas tanks with appropriate fuel types such as diesel, unleaded, or mixed gas. • Receive and turn in inventory sheets. • Perform other duties as assigned Full Time Year Round Work, Weekly Pay, Paid Holidays, Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life), 401k, Training, Profit Sharing, Advancement Opportunities, Great Company Culture. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Complete Landsculpture está contratando trabajador de jardineria y vivero *** Beneficios *** HASTA $1,000 BONO DE CONTRATACION Trabajo a tiempo completo durante todo el año, pago por semana, dias festivos pagados, Beneficios (seguro medico, dental, vision y vida), 401k, capacitación, participación en las ganancias, oportunidades de avance, gran cultura de la empresa.
