MEI Repo Driver MEI Auto Finance is hiring a Recovery Driver and looking for a motivated and driven individual looking to make up to $120000 a year!!! Salary 100% commission, ranging from $60-120,000 a year. Minimum of 50 hours per week. Position purpose: Our Recovery Agents work internally and directly with the lender. No outside repos. The ideal candidate has repossession/recovery experience, experience with online recovery database tools and resources. They must be career minded and can work independently without constant supervision. Requirements: • Education/Qualification requirements • Valid Texas Driver License and TDLR license plus must meet insurability standards of MEI • Previous repo and snatch truck experience. Preferable at least 3-5 years exp. • Must be at least 24 years of age for insurance purposes • Good communication skills and ability to remain calm in stressful situations • General understanding of automobile mechanics • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs • Must be able to learn new software, pay close attention to detail and always willing to learn a new or better way • Availability to work non-traditional hours, random shifts of days, evenings, weekends and combined nights into days within the same week. Responsibilities/Duties: • Ability to receive recovery assignments assigned from Managers • Follow directives from immediate supervisor relating to mapping out jobs • Begin process of initiating recovery of vehicles • Use of various online recovery databases and tools to locate and recover vehicles • Consistent communication and provides updates via phone, email, database to all required parties. • Knowledge of RDN Recovery Database Network, Clearplan, etc. • Computer literate and required to do condition reports, take pictures and send emails • Record and keep paysheet updated constantly • Must always remain professional and adhere to MEI policies • Follow all TDLR rules and regulations and safety • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor. email for more information or click the link to apply:
