my 03 nissan 350z enthusiast throwing U1000

It is throwing code U1000 and P1111. I just bought the car. It cranks but doesn't start. At some point somebody touched the wiring and it may be shorting/bad ground/unplugged. I don't know exactly what it needs to run but I need a nissan wizard. Need somebody who knows the wiring and can diagnose for a short/bad ground. As well if it is something else let me know what I can do to fix, would love to have you work on it to get it running. Please text me your prices, your experience working on 350z. Car is located in an underground parking lot in Huntington Beach, weekdays I am available after 5pm and I am available on weekends. I need a good nissan mechanic for this car. I got it to build out a car for 24 hours of lemons. Getting it running is step 1
