Description

Move, pack and load customers’ items onsite at their place of residence • Use organizational skills to plan how to best pack items and arrange them in the moving truck • Act as the face of the company by delivering 5-star customer service • Lead and drive team of helpers to complete 1-3 moving / storage jobs per day • Manage moving schedule and move progress from mobile app • Maintain responsibility for the quality of work done on each job • Lead moving teams ranging from 2 to 6 helper crews with high quality • Maintain Perfect Move process and daily check list • Mange the collection of required signatures, photos, payment collections, billable hours, and team member lunches and breaks • Mentor all Mover I, Mover II, and Mover III crew member through an efficient daily move process • Coordinate with dispatch throughout the move day, about move progress and logistic Description: • A Lead Mover is expected to already be proficient in all areas of moving and able to complete any and all tasks of a Mover I. Mover II and Mover III. A Lead/Mover manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and maintains an efficient job pace for the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including overseeing The Perfect Move process and training in the field, and keeps management updated on team performance. A Lead/Mover must show attention to detail and knowledge of proper lifting, packaging, loading, and unloading processes.
