Looking for a reliable, hardworking, trustworthy individual to join our Maintenance team at Royal Palms in Largo. Experience is a plus but not required. This is a independent senior living facility Largo, Fl, 33771. Job duties included.. must be able to lift and push up to 75lbs. Must be mechanically inclined. Excellent communication skills. Ability to read and follow directions closely. Ability to maintain floors throughout building, which includes... Mopping, buffing, extracting, shampooing, drying, grout cleaning and tile repair/ replacement. Roll garbage dumpster out to compactor that on-site multiple time throughout shift. Take out recycling to onsite dumpsters. Handle cleaning and scheduling carpet spot cleans or whole carpet cleaning work orders. Which includes bio hazard sometimes. Again we work with the elderly. Accidents do happen. Will be trained to use equipment. Must be a team player. Be at work when scheduled. Work hard. Help other departments around the building if needed. Stay on top of your flooring duties. Clean and sanitize carpet extractors machines after every use. Pressure washing sidewalks… handle assigned work orders as they are inputted on a timely and professional basis. Need to have reliable transportation.
