Job description We are looking for an experienced Sales Person for home improvement company. We schedule you daily appointments with potential clients. Responsibilities: Visit client site, take measures and photos in order to assess what is the best solution for the client situation Determine what is the required scope of work. Providing the clients with a detailed proposal(estimate). Promote the sales by communicating and building relationships with the client. Follow up with the job closing, contract signing and work timeline, in-order to insure client satisfaction Visit client site, take measures and photos in order to assess what is the best solution for the client situation Determine what is the required scope of work. Full projects responsibility from start to finish Complete equipment and material purchasing, mindful of lead times and project schedule. Obtaining competitive and relevant subcontractor bids Oversee project team including Subcontractors Oversee multiple projects to ensure on time and on budget completion Attend site meetings and review construction work. Performs other duties as requested Payment options: From $2000(flexible) + 30% from Profit Experience/Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction and/or construction management. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
