Description
Brent Air Towing is looking to add a dispatcher to our team! This is a FULL TIME - NIGHT SHIFT position.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Dispatch calls to drivers in an effective and efficient manner
-Provide a high level of customer service
-Monitor progress of call
-Follow up with customers
-Work with TOW BOOKS & AAA computer systems
We are looking for someone that has a minimum of 1 year experience working with Tow Books and AAA.
Pay depends on experience.
