We are looking for several full time maintenance people to work between two Apartment Communities, you will be required to spend time at both locations.
Please respond to this ad if you are looking for full time work and have worked in apartment maintenance in the past. We must require some knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool care, painting, repairs, and getting units ready for move ins. Must be willing to come to work and do what ever is asked of you.
Pay will be increased for those who are either EPA certified or have their CPO.
