Roofers and Laborers for Residential Roof Install

We are looking for a few guys for a 2 day roof project that starts tomorrow. We need roofers and laborers for tear-off/cleanup and journeyman for install. We are a small, family-owned roofing company that provides roof install and maintenance for our customers on composition, shake, tile and slate roofs. ROOFERS: If you are a roofer and have worked piece rate before please text me a little bit about yourself and your experience to the number attached to the ad. Project is a 34 square 5/12 and 10/12 roof. Please have rope and harness, a roofing gun that is in good repair and doesn't overdrive or under drive nails, etc. Pay is per square for install and hourly for tear off. Hourly rate is $20-$25/hr. Cash bonuses are available for excellent work. LABORERS: If you are a laborer that has done roof tear off before or grounds clean up, we could use you for this roof project. Attention to detail, ability to see issues and correct them, etc. Experience on pitched roofs is important. Being comfortable and safe on the roof is the most important. Another important aspect is cleanup and keeping the customers yard clean. We tarp the ground on our projects and pay special attention to not destroy customers gutters, plants, etc. Cash bonuses are paid for excellent work. We are fairly laid back here, the only thing I ask is that you do the job SAFELY, and correctly. Taking care of the customers property and the companies equipment is very important as well. Pay is daily and is paid via company check, Venmo, CashApp or direct deposit/transfer depending on the situation. There are long term positions available for the right guys!
