Looking for a band/musicians to help share the cost of rent for our huge, clean and available 20x20 rehearsal room lock out. It's available 24/7 and shared with 2 other people currently sharing. There is room for a full bands gear. There is a working PA, a google calendar to book the room when needed. The room is 300$ per month at Francisco Studios in Vernon, near Boyle Heights, downtown, Echo Park, Silverlake.
