(June 27) This is a long shot but you were a tall, attractive, Hispanic man with a darker skin tone, longish hair, and tattoos all over your arms. You seemed like in your late 20s? I first saw you inside Target at the men’s hair section in Cathedral City. You were wearing all black: sunglasses and hat. We made eye contact (thru our sunglasses lol) in the parking lot. I was the guy wearing sunglasses and in a white shirt, in my early 20s. Hmu hahaha
