Male black short haired cat (neutered) with heterochromia (one green one brown eye). Last seen with torn up green tear away collar with a bell on it. Slight chip taken out of right ear from previous cat fight and is microchipped. Very skittish around people but is very treat oriented please do not run or chase after him. His name is Tai but there is no guarantee he will reply or come to his name.
