Buildaligned is a Texas wide roofing company expanding into the Brownwood area because of a recent hail storm. We need a solid production manager to help ensure quality on job sites and customer satisfaction. You will NOT be doing the manual labor, you will be ensuring quality and making sure the projects run smoothly. No prior roofing experience is needed but construction experience helps. Requirements: +Must have own vehicle and course of transportation (Will be able to use company truck to transport materials to job site) +Must have working smart phone +Must be able to effectively communicate with crews and homeowners +Must be extremely reliable and dependable +Must be able to pass background check +Must have a positive attitude Production Management - Outside Responsibilities: -Introduction of Crew Lead to Property Owner -Ensure the workplace is safe and clean -Material Management -Get materials when needed -Return materials when needed -Quality control -Take all Production Pictures and Upload to CRM -Submit Completion Form -Collect Completion check -Personnel Management: >Must be present day of build / communicate with the property owner >Communicate any relevant company information and updates to procedures to personnel >Handle conflict resolution and performance management with support of COO If this sounds like you please respond via email immediately.
