We are looking for Renovation Crews to complete Rehabs on residential properties in Kansas City and surrounding areas. Pay per job, pay will depend on the job. Job requirements include but not limited to; Clean out of property, removal of old flooring, cabinetry and other items being replaced, Drywall repair, Hang and finish drywall, Prep and paint interior/exterior, Full bathroom remodels, Full kitchen remodels, removal and installation of light fixtures, outlets, doors, baseboards, trim and any other task specified per job, Siding replacement, back or front deck demo, repair or construction, pressure washing of exterior; and any other tasks related to the specific job. You will receive a job breakdown of all items needed at the beginning of each job. You will NOT bid on jobs; Pay will already be set per job.
