This position needs to be able to provide All Dry level customer service including but not limited to: going over the job scope with home owner, explaining the reasons why we are doing what we are doing, going over time table with home owner, etc. Including all tasks needed to write, monitor and complete all jobs within our current software as well as estimating software. Common math skills will be taught in training such as square foot calculations, linear foot calculations, etc. you will be asked to perform the tasks below daily or weekly: Technician Responsibilities · Provide The Perfect Puddles Experience- Best Customer Service Possible · Daily Truck Prep o Inventory o Cleanliness · Complete Possible Job Tasks o Extraction o Demolition o Jobsite Equipment Evaluation o Equipment Setup & Breakdown o Jobsite Environment Monitoring o Equipment Adjustments o Build & Breakdown Containment Zones · Service Titan o Job Documentation o Ability to interpret Scope of work and Estimates if needed. Follow ups if necessary... o Job Notes o Dispatch/Arrive o Complete/Add Appointment o All Forms o Pre & Post Photos & Video Pay type: Hourly Hourly rate: $13 - $20
