Quiet, 72 Unit apartment complex in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a superintendent or maintenance manager. Must have EPA license (Type/Class II+) and cleared to work on HVACs. License will be requested. Responsibilities include: -turning apartments -servicing HVAC units -completing tenant work orders -basic plumbing -basic electric -changing out/servicing water heaters -general building maintenance -painting -basic grounds cleaning (sweeping office entry, picking up fallen sticks etc.) -monitor 3rd party contractors and approve job completion to management for payment -must have proven experience -availability to respond to emergency calls on weekends Option to live on-site. Full Time. Experience with property management software a plus (Appfolio)
