Ncite Partners is currently partnering with an innovative manufacturing company in Oklahoma City, looking for a Production & Warehouse Associate to join their team. This individual will be responsible for all warehouse management and production functions, including order picking, inventory management, shipping and receiving, woodworking, assembly, and production. The primary responsibilities of this role include: Play an integral role in the day to day running of the warehouse and production department. Assist with managing the inventory process, including monthly inventory, cycle counts, and inventory management. Working closely with the production team to ensure a smooth process and that demand is met. Implementing process improvements and other lean manufacturing methodologies. Assist with assembly and production of materials for product orders. Qualifications: 2+ years of warehouse and/or production experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and outside conditions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
