-raise meat chickens from ordering from the hatchery to processing & packaging.
-how to use a scalder & plucker to make processing easier.
-how to cut up a whole chicken for cooking.
-Class is limited to 8 participants
-$80/per person
-All participants take home one processed chicken. *Option to purchase more on day of event.
-Next class Saturday 7/30 8am-12pm
